Professional Background

Susan Haas began her career in real estate in 1984 and formed the partnership of HHB Partners with Chip Hunter in 1986. That two-person operation has grown to become the full-service brokerage of HHB Partners.

As a Certified Real Estate Specialist (CRS), Susan's sales have put her in the top 2% of Cincinnati agents every year since she began selling. While she works throughout Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky, she specializes in Hyde Park, Mt. Lookout, Mt. Adams, and East Walnut Hills, where she has an outstanding track record in helping her clients buy and sell luxury upscale homes. Susan also has extensive experience with executive relocations where time constraints demand a full-service, "take charge" approach.

Susan Haas has been an elected Director of the Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors®. She lives in East Walnut Hills, andis vice president of the Cincinnati Preservation Association.

Before real estate, Susan's career included five years of brand marketing and management at the Drackett Company and 10 years of consumer research with Burke Marketing Research. Susan holds an MBA from Xavier and a B.S. degree from the University of Cincinnati. She is married with two children and has lived in Cincinnati for over 40 years.

Full-Time, Licensed Assistant

In April of 1996, Kim Plunkett became personal assistant to Susan Haas. She is a licensed real estate agent and works closely with Susan, her clients and customers, and outside agents.

Kim began working with HHB Partners in 1991. She brought to the company 10 years of business experience as an administrative "right hand" for a Cincinnati residential builder. She had been office manager for HHB Partners fornfour years. Her daily responsibilities were diverse and included advertising, purchasing, producing marketing materials, maintaining company records and hiring staff.
