East Walnut Hills Real Estate

The location and historic architecture of East Walnut Hills has long made this neighborhood a highly desirable place to live and do business. It remains one of Cincinnati’s most prestigious neighborhoods with the most significant historic architecture in Cincinnati. The German community settled around St. Francis de Sales Church, which is a prominent landmark today.  Both communities coexisted and flourished in their respective pleasant surroundings.     

Over time, there have been few changes to the neighborhood’s overall character since the early 1900’s. Beautiful homes still grace spacious and meticulously landscaped property.  A Conservation Board has established construction and renovation guidelines to assure that East Walnut Hill’s long term character will remain.

The residential area is just moments from the eclectic business community of O’Bryonville, which features a premier wine shop, a superb bakery and tea room, boutiques, eateries and art galleries. Area residences here include single family homes and condominiums.
